COACH FOR THIS CLASS
Jason is one of our facility’s co-founders, who on par with his Yoga-loving wife decided to mingle the worlds of fitness and yoga together… That kind of a blend they did proved to be immensely popular among the citizens of Cheyenne, which ultimately led to studio’s expansion into a full-blown, 6 services facility! Previously an avid CrossFit junkie and then a coach himself, Jason traces his sports roots well back to his college days… It was then, when after receiving a serious injury in a local state boxing league, he decided to heal the wounds by attending a fitness, and then CrossFit classes. This proved to be so good for him, that Fitness has been his professional calling ever since!
